1. To guarantee the banquet room a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. Tentative bookings are good for one week.
2. Please call to set up an appointment to book your function
3. No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought into the banquet room from outside the premises; nor taken off the premises.
4. Prices are subject to change due to uncontrollable circumstances.
5. All entrée selections must be made two weeks prior to your date, and a guarantee count must be called 3 days prior to your function. Your guarantee count is the minimum you will be charged on the day of your function.
6. The Fairways @ Deerwood and it’s staff has the right to refuse alcoholic beverages to anyone. No one will be served under the age of 21.
7. Color coded cards are helpful to use on sit down dinner to determine who gets which entrée.
8. Kids meals are available.
9. The Fairways@ Deerwood and it’s staff are not responsible for lost or left behind items
10. All Tax-exempt organizations must have their forms prior to payment
11. Acceptable methods of payment for function are cash, check (w/credit card #), money order, or credit card
12. A 18% service fee along with sales tax is added to food and beverage on the check.
13. Sunday banquets require a minimum of thirty (30) guest
14. Masks must be worn when walking or standing.
